Congratulations to Henryk Koltan for catching a fabulous 9lb 1oz blue on a Whisky Fly fished from one of the boats on an intermediate line.  Boat fishing on Haywards Farm Lake is proving very successful at the minute with some great fish being caught from the deeper, cooler water.  Haywards Farm Lake is brimming with aquatic life at the moment too, and the trout have plenty of food to choose from. Small nymphs fished with a bright hot spot are a good idea to ensure your flies get eaten, rather than all the naturals that are present at the moment!
